Gazpacho Overload (not possible)

Hard to believe it’s gazpacho weather again. I scored some less-than-perfect organic tomatoes for really cheap at The Farm on Friday and we’ve devoured two huge batches of gazpacho since.
Here’s Sunday’s lunch. Gazpacho and frittata made from Friday’s leftovers–chicken sausage, grilled zucchini, tomato and cheddar. Looks almost like this meal. I have to admit I’m not that enthusiastic about zucchini, but when it’s grilled, I could eat a ton of it.
I love summer food. Good thing I live in Florida, I guess.

Hmmm. Just printed out your gazpacho recipe; ready to hunt for irregular tomatoes at the farm on Friday. And I agree, zucchini is best grilled (or hiding in a muffin).
